How to get to Jazz Middelheim
Plan your trip to Park Den Brandt
Bicycle
Yes, cycling to the festival is absolutely possible - and encouraged! We’ve made space for around 2,500 bicycles, spread across 358 designated spots along the main cycling and walking routes. Bike parking is located inside Park Den Brandt, but please dismount upon entering the park and only park in the clearly marked areas. You can access the bike parking via Acacialaan and Kastanjelaan. Friendly stewards will be on site to guide you to a free spot.

Public transport
Getting to the festival by public transport is easy and convenient. Several tram and bus lines stop within walking distance of Park Den Brandt. Alternatively, Tram Line 2 stops at Antwerp Olympiade, which is about a 12-minute walk away.

Train (& free shuttle buses)
Travelling by train is one of the easiest and most eco-friendly ways to get to the festival.
From Antwerpen-Centraal
Take tram 2 (towards Hoboken) or tram 6 (towards P+R Olympiade). Get off near the park and continue on foot to the entrance of Park Den Brandt.
Antwerpen-Zuid
Public transport connections to the festival site are a bit less direct from here. A shared bike is often the easiest option (please note: bikes are not allowed inside the park).
Antwerpen-Berchem
Free shuttle buses will run between Antwerpen-Berchem station (find the bus stop at the Binnensingel under the bicycle bridge - Google Maps pin) and the festival site (Eglantierlaan, see map above). CAR
We do not provide parking at the festival site. The area around Park Den Brandt will be very busy throughout the weekend, with multiple events taking place nearby. If you can, leave the car at home. Public transport or cycling are the easiest ways to get to the festival.
Park & Ride
If you’re coming by car, we recommend parking a bit further away and continuing your journey on foot or by public transport.
- P+R Olympiade – ± 16-minute walk to the park
- P+R Schoonselhof – ± 30-minute walk
Parking restrictions
To keep everything safe and accessible, parking bans will be in place on several streets around the park and at key access points. These restrictions always apply for 24 hours (from 8:00 to 8:00 the next day).
TAXI
A dedicated K+R zone is set up at the beginning of Eglantierlaan, with stewards to assist with taxi and ride-share drop-offs and pickups.
