What are the dates and opening hours?
- Saturday May 23: 13:00 - 01:00
- Sunday May 24: 13:00 - 01:00
- Monday May 25: 12:30 - 00:00 (National holiday)
Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, there will be multiple local food partners offering a wide variety of quality food and drink options. More details will follow.
Is the festival wheelchair friendly?
We do our best to make the festival accessible. We provide paved walking paths to the different stages. Special parking spaces are available upon prior request via info@jazzmiddelheim.eu.
Will there be lockers on the festival?
Yes, lockers are available near the festival entrance for a small fee.
Will there be wifi on the festival?
No Wi-Fi will be available, but sufficient 5G coverage will be provided.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No, bringing your own food or drinks is not allowed. You may bring empty drinking bottles to refill with water on-site.
Can I withdraw money on-site?
No. The festival is mostly cashless.
What will you do with the pictures taken on site?
By entering the festival, you agree to the use of photos and videos taken on-site by Jazz Middelheim and its media partners. Photos will be published on our Facebook and Instagram.

Are there accessible toilets available for visitors with reduced mobility (PMR)?
Yes, accessible toilets will be available on the festival grounds for visitors with reduced mobility. They are easy to access and clearly signposted.
Can I bring my camera to take pictures?
You’re welcome to take photos for personal use, as long as you’re not bringing professional equipment. Please note that some artists have a strict no-camera policy, which means you won’t be allowed near the stage with a camera. If you’d like to apply for press accreditation, send an email to inge@stilletto.be with “Jazz Middelheim Festival” as the subject line.
Tickets
When and where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available via the ticket shop. We use a ticket wave system: Early Bird, Regular and Final Wave tickets. Prices increase with each wave. For more information on how our ticket system works, click here.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, unless the festival day sells out in advance.
Can I buy tickets upfront with cash?
Yes. Please email info@jazzmiddelheim.eu for instructions.
How many tickets can I order?
A maximum of 10 tickets per order.
I bought a ticket, but I can't find it in my inbox
Tickets are sent 2 weeks before the festival. Please check your spam folder. Only after checking twice can you request a resend via the provided link (coming soon).
Do my kids need to buy a ticket?
We’ve listened to your feedback and adjusted our kids' ticket prices for Jazz Middelheim 2026.
- Below 3 years old: free
- Below 12 years old: €25
- Older than 12 years old: regular price
I can’t come anymore. Where can I resell my ticket?
Tickets can only be resold safely via the official Ticketswap page. Reselling via social media is not allowed, and comments will be removed.
Cashless & Credits
How do electronic payments with wristbands work?
Your ticket is linked to your wristband at the entrance. Payments are made by scanning your wristband. Credits can be added via Bancontact Pay or at top-up desks. Reusable cups have a €1.5 refundable deposit.
How can I charge my wristband?
You can easily do this yourself by scanning the QR code on your wristband and paying via Bancontact Pay on your mobile phone. Additionally, there are also payment counters where you can pay by card.
How can I check the amount of credits I have left?
Your balance is shown after every purchase at the bar. You can also ask a crew member at the bar or cash desk.
Can I recover remaining credits after the festival?
Yes, between 26/05/2026 10:00 and 09/06/2026 23:59 only.
This can be done via the refund website on this link. A €1 service fee applies for reclaiming your credits. Cup deposits are non-refundable.
Is there a limit to the amount I can recharge?
No limit, but a maximum of €500 per top-up for safety reasons.
Transport
How can I reach Jazz Middelheim using public transport?
- Trams: Line 6 (Antwerp P+R Olympiade) or Line 2 (Antwerp Olympiade).
- Bus: Lines 17, 18, 21 and 33 stop nearby.
Do you have a parking?
No parking service is provided! Public transport or parking further away is recommended.
Will there be parking restrictions in the area?
Yes, temporary parking bans will apply on certain roads and entrances. Details will follow.
Will you have a bicycle parking?
Yes. About 2500 bike parking spots are available inside the park at designated areas. Enter via Acacialaan or Kastanjelaan. Stewards will guide you to available bike parking.
Where is the zone for taxis and Kiss & Ride?
At the beginning of Eglantierlaan, with stewards assisting drop-offs and pickups.
Where can I find more detailed mobility information?
